I'm in the middle of a great cycle and the other day I sprained my right wrist. The pain is ridiculous. Anyway, it looks like I'll be out of the gym for the next couple of weeks. I can still do legs, but anything that requires the use of my right arm is out. Needless to say I am pisssed. Does anybody know if the juice will speed my recovery time? Should I try to slowly exercise the wrist, or just leave it in the brace and keep it immobilized? Thanks for the help.
