Dosage for Eq

Wuts up, i jus signed on to AR today and im looking for some help!!
I'm 5'5" at 175 lbs. I have about 12% - 14% bodyfat
I've been training for over two yrs now and I'm lookin to take Eq by itself for my first cycle. I have nov on hand. Im not lookin to get much bigger but i do want to get stronger and i want to be real solid. I know eatin has a lot to do with it but i plan on starting eq in about two wks. Im not sure how I should take the Eq though. Ive been reading and I haven't seen anything on how much to take and how often. If anyone can give me some advice i would really appreciate it.

You should get great results with 400mg a week of EQ... but you really need to consider throwing in some test. EQ will eventually shut you down. Test needs to be the base

Guys come on here all the time wanting to use steroids , but not get bigger. I don't understand it. If you don't want to get much bigger, then don't use steroids . Make your gains naturally. You have no need for steroids with the goal you want to accomplish.
