Doc Holidays post for beginers........

I just read Docs post for beginers. Nice post. I am not really a beginer, but compaired to many AS users, I am.

I have done 2 cycles a year for 3 years. I do 1g test E and 500mg EQ a week for 14 weeks. I am 44, 200lbs and 5'7".

I get no sides except increased sex drive in the beginning and reduced by the end. I have but never took Nolvadex.

My problem..... Post Cycle, Clomid breaks me out so badly that I always quit taking it after the first week. Doc wrote that I should run the clomid and nolvadex together. Will this help? I bought hgc this time (over priced at $45 per amp)
I only got 2 and thought about using them with the clomid.

Any help would be great

The nolvadex won’t help the breakouts.

The nolvadex just prevents estrogen backlash when used after cycle.

I don’t know how long your cycle is going to be, but I don’t know if you’ll need HCG for the therapy. If you do decide to use HCG after the cycle the clomid should be used after HCG is discontinued.

Stick with the clomid this time.

Your best bet is to find skin care products to combat the acne.

think about getting a soap called panoxyl. i use at and ive gotten friends to use it while on and post cycle and it has worked well.

no, its otc, but it costs about $5.00 a bar. around here i find it at normal grocery or drug stores.

Ill be looking for that soap too.

Good philosophy. It is the things like those bars of soap and crap that make the using gear expensive.

So after my last shopt of EQ, wiat 3 weeks, do 2 weeks of HGC, i week after my second shot of HGC start clomid???

Guess I should have reread that before I posted with all the typos LOL

i would skip the HCG if you are at the end of your cycle. it should be run while you are still on, because it can be catabolic. use the clomid in the normal fashion and run nolva at 10-20mg per day.

I agree, I think the only time I would use HCG is in the middle of my cycle.

i dont have time to dig up other posts on the subject, but you should. this info is misleading.

The misleading part is this. You WILL crash after you discontinue use of HCG.

I posted this question because there are no better sources of good info than those that have personally tested.
