    Lightbulb Could i get help

    Ok.. hello everyone this is my first time posting and im new to working out.. im 18 years of age.. and about 6'2-6'3 and about 285lbs and i know im over weight .. i have tryed to lose weight alot of time in the past but i has not worked deiting is just not for me.. but recently i have started to weight train to give me some thing to do and i enjoy it alot .. but i really dont know what im doing.. .. Could someone give me some advise and tell me what roids to stay away form. and what would help me the most and what kind of program i should get on.. i would like to Burn Fat. and get down to at least 240 and build muscle right now i bench about 210.. max i have a very weak uper body....


    Any advise would help i dont want to go into this the wrong way..

    I would stay away from roids right now. You need to build a good base and get to your natural strengh before you hit the gear. If I were you I would alternate an ECA and Clenbuterol every 2 weeks. I'd also add some t3 in there for 6 weeks or so. DNP is also an option but do tons of research before you touch the DNP. It's gonna take lifting, cardio, and some of these supps.

    OK.. thanks for the post reply but im stupied i have know clue what the dnp and stuff like that is..

    You don't need steroids yet.
    • Try doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 5 days a week.
    • Keep your fat intake low, carbs moderate, and protein high.
    • Eat 5-6 smaller meals rather than 3 large meals.
    • Drink lots of water


    The most you need right now is ECA (Xenadrine is my fav).

    Ironfist is right, stay away from the roids for now. I wouldn't touch DNP if I were you bro. It can be harsh. Also it stores in you fat cells. So a lean guy could get a way with it but if your overweight it will hit you all at once.

    The best thing for you now is a clean low carb diet, cardio and maybe a ECA. I've had to work aginst fat all my life bro. If you need some help just shoot me a PM.

    i was told about doing a Carb diet .. and i was thinking of starting soon what eca. and witha Carb diet i should just stay away from the carbs and build my proteins up.. ????

    high protien, moderate carbs, low fat. forget the high carb thing bro.

    ECA stacks are fat burners like Xenadrine (excess's fav.) or ripped fuel ect. As fare as diet you kinda got it fat and carbs low protein high. Do some searches and read around in the diet and suppliments forums.

    Yeah, I’m with the high protein, moderate carbs, low fat advice myself. Don’t try any fancy complicated diets. Just go with the tried and true ones for now. Get fancy later when you’ve discovered what works for you and your experience in manipulating your diet. Your gonna need all three sources of energy in order to come down properly and keep the weight off.
