I've been working out for about 12 years. I'm 5'5 165 and put up 335 5-6 reps. Over the years I've tried creatine and several other supplements with no great effects. I wanted to take something that would give me some real gains but I'm really not a fan of sticking myself with a needle. I read D-bol is oral. Would I see gains from this alone? Any advise would be appreciated on which way I should point.
