PCT question????

What would a good PCT routine consist of? i.e. Clomid, Nolvadex....???

well the general rule is 300-1/100-10/50-10 but it would depend on your cycle length, gear used, amount of gear used.

As abstrack said it depends on what gear has been used but you can't go wrong with clomid 28 days 100mg, Nolva 35 days 20mg

CLOMID Rule of thumb:

day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg
day 12-21 50mg,

However, Like everyone has said, it depends on what your running. If you are running say Deca, I'd extend it a week.
