My blood test -> not right Help me please!

Let me tell you my situation: 15 months ago I ended my 10-week cycle of deca/test followed by clomid therapy. I should have used HCG because my nuts didnt come back right away. 9 months ago I got my total test checked and it was at 299, which is really low for a 26yo (although I didnt have any base-line to compare it to). This month I went back and got everything checked and here are the results:

LH 2.3 1.5-9.3
FSH 1.8 1.4-18.1
TSH 2.329 .35-5.5
Prolactin 10.7 2.1-17.7

It appears everything is in range and I have improved but the LH and FSH are barely in range and I still feel like ****. I have absolutely no libido and sometimes have problems getting it up. I was going to wait and see if I kept improving but I just cant take this anymore. I was thinking about doing some HCG/tamoxifen/clomid therapy for 2-3 weeks to get my system kicking agiain which is something I probably should have done a long time ago. My doc said my total test should probably be up around 800 but he refused to prescribe me anything and said I should just wait it out becuase I could just supress my HPTA even more. But I think a better result would come from boosting my HPTA and letting my levels fall back down at a higher place than it is now. Any opinions? Not sure what dosages to take because I am actually not "shut down" all the way at the present... This has been a nightmare!

When did you start you PCT after your cycle and what length and doses of clomid did you use?

3 weeks after my last shot, 3 weeks - followed the guidelines. However, It didnt do much good because my nuts were not functioning.

Have you considered going to an endocrinologist...they specialize in hormone therapy and treatment...Either naturaly or theraputically.
My sports nutritionist is an endo guy...and I've had similar problems in the past.
Even some mild depression can cause a fluctuation in your hormone levels.

Talk to an endocrinologist familiar with hormone replacement. Personally I would push to get on some test gel so you don't suffer the effects you are currently but a doctor could give you a good plan of action.

Yes, I went to an endocrinologist. That is what he told me- that I was in the normal range.

I would go to a different doctor. I never stick to one doctor about things like this especially if he isn't someone who has dealt a lot with men and AAS. You can give Dr. Scruggs at New Hope Med a try in California.

Yea your numbers are not just riding on the bottom, you are dead set in the middle of normal.... in otherwords nothing wrong with you.

Maybe the libido thing is just all in your head, you sexual playmate just doesnt excite you, etc? Also I had test level for years in the 220 range and had no trouble getting or staying hard, but this was because my wife turns me on, she is my "type" and knows just what to do to make me excited and turned on.

I wish that were true but it isnt. I used to be jerkin my terkin twice a day every day. I would drink 10 beers and start eyeing the chubby girl at the end of the bar. I had a personal britney spears fake porn collection on my computer that I looked at on a regular basis. Now I can go a week without even thinking about sex. I have a beautiful girlfriend who I get around to banging about once a week and she is not happy about it. When I go out, I have to keep a back-up viagra in my pocket for god-sakes. my doctor thinks that I am just noticing the difference between having test in the 800-range and now having test in the 400-range due to using anabolics. I am not the same man, there is no doubt about it. At this point I am willing to try anything and HCG-tamoxifen-clomid therapy is what I am looking at. At this point I have nothing to lose, right?

There are some domestic online pharmacies that now dish out androgel all 100% legal because they have some doctor willing to look at online applications and write a script for this... its his medical license in jeapardy not your legality. Maybe you can order legal script from there... sorry the board here will not allow posting of sources both legal or otherwise so I cant give names but look around and you find one.. SOme even prescribe legal growth hormone injectables based on filling out an online questionaire, no blood test or doctor visit necessary. Otherwise have some viagra on hand, some people find smoking a doobie can put you in the mood for love too, for me and my low testosterone, if I even had 1 sip of alcohol, the penis is incapable of erection for rest of evening so that is one thing I definately avoid.

ALso here's something to try. L-Arginine is considered to be the sexual protein. Take like 4 to 6 each 500 mg capsules. L-Arginine is one of the cheaper protein pills you can buy. L-Arginine helps you get and keep a hard on by retaining nitrates similar to the way viagra and yohimbine work but I think when you combine suppliments of this and fish oils, these two things help feed the production of testosterone in your body.

There's also ways to boost your own testosterone production just using the brain. When you have a hard on - just having the hard on boost testosterone levels. Try to read more porn get get more hard on's "as a therapy". Also lifting weights, particularly squats will boost your testosterone levels. See if these help.

They're in Monterey Right? (Or somewhere close, I remember thinking I'm over there all the time in the Summer anyway)
