Cycle question *4th*

my 1st i did dbol on its own...
my 2nd i did Naposim and Deca
my 3rd i did Anapolin and deca (got bad stomach from anadrol)

this is my 4th and i need advice .......

my stats = 24yrs / 5'10'' / 14stone (quite an amount of fat)

i am currently doing aerobic excercise on stationery bike 45mins @ 3times pw @ 140bpm to burn off fat

diet is fine**

so my juice course...

im considering :: Stanzol tabs / Sustanon or Deca
sus i have heard has to be EOD
Deca i was thinking of 400mg pw
stanz @ 6-8 tabs pd


do u have any suggestions for cycle and post cycle (clomid etc)?

forget the deca, every cycle should have test in it
forget the winny, get yourself some tren

I would mex them all together. something like this

weeks 1-12 sust .75 cc eod
weeks 1-11 deca 300
weeks 9-14 50mg ed

That would run very nicely in my opinion, you can run 20mg nolv a day or .25 liq eod with the sust if you want or just have them on hand.

hmmm.. so i wont make any gains from my previous thought?

thats quite an amount of shots pw.. i aint tried shooting my shoulders / thighs etc..

is deca good stuff.. i mean will i make good gains from it? like my supplier dont do tabs at all..

he takes 400mg deca almost every course with another shot.

200mg deca 1-8weeks > 500sus 1-10weeks?

Why dont you run test e instead you could run it twice a week or even once a week if you want. Run the cycle I suggested above with test e in its place and you should see some great gains that are solid. Deca is one of my favorites, you see good solid gains and helps the joints out a lot.
