Bleaching needles
Is it safe to reuse needles if you bleach them?
Thanks.

DO NOT REUSE NEEDLES!!!, they're cheap and easily attainable, there is no reason to ever reuse a needle

no..... buy new ones...... they also get dull after the first use.

Would you really think it is ok to stick bleach on anything and then stick it in your body. They use specific chemicals to sanitize surgeon tools.

no way! don't use them more than once, even when goin through rubber, switch tops!

They're so cheap...why bother going through that trouble. Have you ever seen what happens to a pin after just one use ?

Lets think about this for a second. Forget about resuing the same needle..But reusing a NEEDLE IN BLEACH? I'm SHOCKED. That is the craziest thing I've ever heard!!!! NO FLAME, but DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER reuse a needle, especially in BLEACH.

Reusing a needle is like reusing a free condom from the Planned Parenthood office.

read that post cpt linked.
why the hell would you ever want to reuse a needle??
-
01-16-2004, 09:23 PM #24
they would probobly hurt from being dull
-

a logical thought, but silly question.....
why even take the chance? We ain't herion addicts here, use your needle once and toss it bro.
-

I say use it OVER and OVER again. That way, after continual use, the needle will become less dull and thus, it wont have such a sharp tip on it. We all know that if the tip isnt sharp, it wont hurt as much, cause sharp things hurt.... So, if the tip has a nice smooth rounded tip, it is less likely to hurt, because smooth round things dont hurt.

Ok, not everyone is a pro like most of you guys.... lol
Get new pins all the time never use anything to clean them! get new all the time!!! even when you extract from vails w/ a rubber stopper, take the pin off, and replace with a new one.
too much risk of infection from the littlest crap...
it is not ok, get a nrw pin, never reuse, if anyone does, and they say its ok, thats bs....
plus even if you could "clean" them, you are making the pin way dull, just after one use.
