I've been doing 45 min of cardio every morning at 4am after I get off work. I like doing it at that time but I get so **** bored. I wish there was a substitute but their isn't. The best way to decrease BF and increase cardio is by cardio exersise. I get a kick out of all the people using tons of fat burners but they never bother to change their diet or do any cardio. Hell, between dnp, diet, and cardio every day, I'm down 3 inches on my waist in 2 short weeks...
