I am looking for help in constructing a cycle. This would be my second cycle. My first was poorly researched. It was designed by a friend who had no more of a clue than i did and I saw some results but nothing to write home about. I used Deca, dbol, and test suspension. My stats are 5' 11'' 210 lbs , 21 years old, lifting for 5 years, don't know bf but am in pretty good shape. Over the past three monthes I have began taking my diet seriously and have added cardio to my program and have noticed a big change. I am more interested in gaining quality muscle instead of gaining a lot of weight. After doing research it seems that a cycle using equipoise and winny would be a good one for what i want to accomplish. I hope I have given enough info and Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
