    Cardio sux

I've been doing 45 min of cardio every morning at 4am after I get off work. I like doing it at that time but I get so **** bored. I wish there was a substitute but their isn't. The best way to decrease BF and increase cardio is by cardio exersise. I get a kick out of all the people using tons of fat burners but they never bother to change their diet or do any cardio. Hell, between dnp , diet, and cardio every day, I'm down 3 inches on my waist in 2 short weeks...

I'm the night shift foreman at a manufacturing plant. Usual shirt is 4pm-12am but they tacked on an extra 4 hrs because we are so busy. I find that I am sleeping alot less now but it hasn't run me down at all...

I usually do 2 hours of cardio a day while dieting...The morning session bytes because I would much rather stay in bed. But the 2nd session in the evening isn't so bad because there is usually some other sucker doing cardio beside me at that time to chat too!

But without cardio I definately have a much harder time losing those inches by diet alone...

the trick to cardio is getting on the bike behind the hot girl on the treadmill in front of you and pretending your chasing her down, following that ass!

I usually listen to the radio in order to help break up the monotomy of cardio.

After my cup of coffee, I tune into Howard Stern in the morning (K ROck) and just get into a zone.
