well i was wondering if their was any kind if suppliment that would make me taller, and is thier anything to keep my veins flowing or showing all the time ? these may be dumb ?'s but if i dont ask then i wont know. thanks for your help.

if you're twelve and take hgh, that will make you get taller, other than that, you could get some lifts for your shoes, low doses of asprin will thin out your blood to keep it flowing, and if you want to keep them on the surface, lower your body fat, that's the only thing that'll do it

There is an over the counter supplement that can keep you vascular by increaesed blood flow or something like that...but I can't remember what it's called...but still won't help to much if your body fat is extremely high!
arginine is known for increased pumps,,, i believe u take 3-5 grams twice a day

how tall are you? just curious, i'm 5'7" but when you get more muscular it makes you seem shorter....
to be vascular you have to have low body fat, that is the only way you will have that look consistantly. Sure you might be able to take some kind of supplement or something to make your veins show, but if your dedicated, do it the right way and lower that body fat. Sure you are going to lose weight, but you will look 100% better.
I guess it all depends on what look your going for. Me personally, I tend to like to stay ripped up, with low body fat. I am on a bulking cycle right now, so my body fat is higher than normal, but when i get off, i am going to do a ckd diet, with carb-ups on the weekends. This way I don't lose alot of muscle. Excercise also bro.

well i am about 5'11 . im on a bulking cycle write now so thats why they dont show like they did before i started eating like crazy. im about 203 and started out around 185 so im sure when im done they will come back as i start to cut back down . i just dont want to loose too much of my gains. so if yall have any help to prevent that it would be greatful.

no taller than that... just so my size would look a lil better on me...
