    newbie needs help

    I am looking for help in constructing a cycle. This would be my second cycle. My first was poorly researched. It was designed by a friend who had no more of a clue than i did and I saw some results but nothing to write home about. I used Deca , dbol , and test suspension. My stats are 5' 11'' 210 lbs , 21 years old, lifting for 5 years, don't know bf but am in pretty good shape. Over the past three monthes I have began taking my diet seriously and have added cardio to my program and have noticed a big change. I am more interested in gaining quality muscle instead of gaining a lot of weight. After doing research it seems that a cycle using equipoise and winny would be a good one for what i want to accomplish. I hope I have given enough info and Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    test winny and eq sounds like a winner to me.

    1-10 Test (enanthate or propinate) 500mg/w (if prop then 75mg/d)
    1-10 Equipoise 400mg/w
    6-12 winstrol 50mg/d

    start clomid 1-3 days after last dose of winny.

    Also if you run prop you can run that through week 12 as well, but if you use any long lasting test stop in week 10.

    no need to gather any more info brother. the cycle above is right on target for your goals.

    My opinion is to lower carbs&fats intake and raise the protein intake to 65% of your diet. So 65%proteins, 25%carbs, 10% unsaturated fat.

    For a cycle i would recommend an 12 weeks cycle like:
    Weeks 1-12: Equipose 50mg/eod
    Weeks 1-12: Winstrol 50mg/ed
    Weeks 12-20: Clenbuterol - Ephedrine, 2weeks on 2weeks off each, at dosages: about 80-120mcg for clen & 25-75mg for ephedrine, these two non steroidal compounds will prevent any crashing after the end of your cycle.I wouldn`t recommend any testosterone exept maybe some sustanon (400mg/w) because of the water retension that causes.
