    Whats Worse???

    What do u bros think is worse?

    Overtraining vs. Being in a Catabolic stage, and staying in it?

    If you're overtraining, you are not going to grow. If you are in a catabolic state, you will lose size, strength, and weight.

    Which is worse?

    Because i feel like im going through both.....and it really sux....But its partially my fault, i didnt do correct PCT at the end of my last cycle..

    My last cycle was 3 months ago, i gained like 26 lbs, and lost about 21 lbs.............Oh well, plus i overtrained....Now im 160lbs..

    Now im on my second cycle and im doing this competely right with correct PCT. I just started my cycle of:

    DECA 300mg/week-1-10 weeks
    TEST -250mg E3D-1-12 weeks
    Anadrol -50 1-4 weeks

    CLOMID AND NOLVADEX 14-17 weeks


    Im eating asmuch as possible now and keeping my protien intake high...Dont want the Cortisol to take over my amino acids.

    Well, you dont have to overtrain. How long ago was your cycle and what did it consist of?

    Catabolism and overtraining are actually pretty similar.

    Well im starting this cycle, plus im going to watch my gym routine, and hopefully ill gain my weight back again...
