Some Quick Noob Questions...
I know I'll probably be flammed for this but thats Ok...
Me and a friend started a cycle of Test 2. Basically I'm just learning but I want more info, to double check/contradict my friends info. -=)
First question, 1 cc = # mgs ?
I should be running 500mgs a week of test 2 correct? is that 3 cc's a week, split into a few days so for example Mon. 1 cc WEd 1 cc Fri. 1cc ?
Are their any supplements, vitamins I should be taking? Right now I'm only on Protein Shakes, and a daily vitamin... should I add b-12, and/or others?
And how much protein should I be putting away everyday, I've heard everything from how much you weigh to double your weight...
btw, my stats are
21 Male 168lbs 5'11" unknown bf %

1cc=250mg
protein intake about 100g daily at least.

jixxer, im not going to flame you but these are lot of questions that can be answered by searching on this site. Also we need to know what kind of test you are doing. Need to be more explanatory. Post up your cycle.

Depends on what test he is doing. Also protein intake should be 3/4 to 1 gram of potein per pound of body weight. This will protect and feed the muscle and keep him in a positive nitrogen balance. Of course this is only my opinion and best guess.
I had to repost this. Also per protein intake may depend on dieting and training. Sometimes during carb depleting diets or low carb diets the protein intake needs to be increased to 1 1/2 grams per pound.Originally Posted by THE PUMPLast edited by LuvMyRoids; 01-18-2004 at 01:39 PM.

right on luv 1st what kind of test? 2nd search button 3rd a cc is a measurement(volume) 4th mg is a measurement of strength

As far as protein, I would suggest 1.5g - 2.0g per body weight!!! We need to know what kind of Test your taking!

and dude have you looked into injection info and pct. make sure you check out articles here at AR on these subjects. and look into diet aswel. sounds to me like you jumped in a little to quick. you will be waisting your time and harming your body if you dont have diet and workout really sorted.

thanks for the replies. I've got the workout down, I was worried about the diet part, but my eating habits are good, I just have to up my protein shakes a tad, and eat a few more tuna melts ( ughh) =)
Ya I thought I was ready, and I do also believe I might have jumped in to quick, but I'll get it...
I am geting a cycle of winny for after my test cycle, then off to the clomid
