blood circulation

well into my cycle Im noticing when i sleep at night there seems to be a blood circulation problem in my arms. I wake up to find them "asleep". this problem didnt occur before the use of anabolics. what is the likely cause?

There are a few things that can help your blood circulation. B vitamins for one, Flaxseed oil. take about 2000mg of flaxseed oil a day and with a b6 and b12 vitamin and that should help.

bro it's called sleeping limbs, it's very common. i get it all the time when i'm on a cycle, especially after arm workouts. like the other guys said flaxseed oil and b vitamins do help.

im doing the last 2 weeks of test only after completing test and tren . cycle. does anyone know the medical diagnosis. ie: is it high choleserol buildup (plaque?) and can it be serious or permanent? thanx
