    Question Creatine Liq Or Powder

I was looking into Pfanstiehl powder creatine for my off time and came across liquid creatine by Dimaxx. Is the liquid as good as the powder?

I would use the powder. I have used both and the powder worked better for me personally.

The liquid used to dehydrate me alot more. I prefer the powder.

I noticed quicker results with the liquid creatine, but that only took an extra week of the powder to equal up with it. So in the run of things you can get powder for what? 1/3 the price? 1/8 the price?
Try loading with liquid then over lapping alittle and continuing with powder.

Creatine breaks down in liquid. That is why it is not wise to premix your creatine or add it to a premixed protein shake. Use the powder and only add to liquid right when you are going to consume.

If you're tryin to make your own.
In liquid creatine, don't they use an unsaturated fatty acid solution then add just enough creatine making in a saturated solution? Or is it a glucose base?
Which will not denature the creatine.
