did i f**k up???

whats up bro's,

i was going into the 5th week of my cycle and i had to go to arizona to visit my parents, so basically i havent had my two shots in week five. when i get back, im going to continue it normally, im getting a shot tommorow and friday, i usually would do monday and thursday but im not getting back until tommrow(tuesday). im doing qv test 250 500mg/w. ive gained about 10lbs which i think is mainly water. do you guys think this will effect my cycle. Ive been eating kinda ****ty since ive been here in arizona, but when i get back im going to come back really hard, you think ill make good gains the last five weeks if im my diet and training is good???

Its not good but its also not the end of the world. Your blood levels will be a little off.

you'll be fine bro...........while its not the perfect way to go about things, its still salvageable.........
