Winstrol or Anavar?

Have you guys gotten a better effect from winstrol or from anavar ? I'm not going to use it for fat loss, just something to throw in next cycle.

I've heard that in high enough doses anavar can give solid gains (mainly strength) and the same is said of winstrol. What would be better, 30-40mgED of anavar or 50mg ed of winstrol?

I'm throwing it in at the end of a high dose test cycle

I'd throw the winny in at the end of a test cycle, I find the winny helps solidfy my gains better

Use the var.... How much do you weigh? Also, I hope you're not thinking of just running the var for your cycle. What does your cycle look like?

My cycle is looking pretty solid...Starting in Feb

Weeks 1-4 Dbol @40mg ED
Week 5 Dbol@ 20mg ED

Weeks 1-9 sus@1150mg/week

near the end I will throw in either winny or anavar , but the var is more expensive so I might try the winny this time as I've never tried it before anyhow and it might be good

Running arimidex .5mg ED throughout the entire cycle and finishing with Clomid

my advise would be to use winny at the end...the var is something i would rather use to front load my cycle, and since your using d-bol you dont need it...

IMO winny isnt worth the high price...try using some prop up to pct

Var is great to use for cutting..... I wouldn't even bother with the 5th week of D-bol. I would use 40mg ED of var ED last 6 0r 8 weeks up to PCT
