honestly as much crap as you can buy to lessen the retention, just drink tons and tons of water. after you reach a certain amount, the retention will lessen.

yeah but you can drink tons of water and pretty much the same results. spend $10 a month on water bill or $50+ on ldex? your choice.

Yes can someone explain to me how the intake of water helps with bloat? Im confused here

Anyhow Nolva and Proviron works wonders at keeping me lean and unbloated. Ldex is also a good subsittute for proviron, but I am a fan of the constant erections! haha

the intake of water does help with bloat b/c if u dont get enough water, then your body will retain w/e it takes in, strange but true

I would just cough up the money for some anti e's... Aremidex will take the bloat right out of u, although watch ur sodium intake, and ur diet in general as well..

By drinking LOTS of water you are removing excess sodium, the lower your sodium, the less water you retain.

What works for me (after 5 cycles of experimenting) is a combo of Cardio, low sodium diet and LOTS and LOTS of water... that's it...

Hyperhydration affects aldosterone levels, which affect water retention. Drinking more water will lead to less water retention....to a limit. Low sodium diet works into this too, as aldosterone works to retain sodium and excrete potassium.

the more water you take in the less the body will store, the body only stores things it is affraid wont be replaced..like when on a low/no carb diet for any length of time..go out and eat a pizza and you will blow up on the spot because your body is storing all the carbs because it has been deprived of them..thats why the atkins diet is a bunch of sh it.once your off, your back to square one plus a few extra lbs for good measure....the more water you drink the more you piss and the more you piss the less water you are retaining..it's just a survival mechanism built into the body
