GH for spot reduction & skin tightner

I've read around that GH is a great fat burner in conjunction with all the other benefits it provides.

In regardes to it's ability to spot reduce where you inject and to tighten the skin in the area, what are some of the results that you have seen.

As a case study, I have some loose skin around my lower abs and love handles, yes there is some fat underneathe, but not much. What would GH's effect be on this area? Is it permanent.
