Ive been using a gram to a gram and a half. I really noticed it when I started this. Im using prop as well. I started week six or seven. I think I will always run trib throughout the cycle. But for PCT I will try three to four grams, and see how that goes.

Tribulus is good stuff......... Keeps the boners going. I used it somewhat durring my cycle and am still using it........ I will use it year round as well on or off cycles.
Take it!!!! I stay on all the time at about 4g a day while on AS and I hardly shut down bro.... off I'd keep it at 4 grams if ya can if not than drop down to 2g ED.
Big T, you use some generic stuff? 4 grams and you werent shut down? Holy crap, next time Ill try that and see if it works better. But I think ill try 3 grams ED and 4 for the PCT
I run 4g's as well........ when I started using near the middle of my cycle my nuts came back....... not all the way but did come back.
What brand do you guys use?
I use some cheap stuff I got at 24 hour when it went on sale, but for PCT I am going to use tribex
I used Biotest tribex and then switched to twinlabs tribbulus fuel and felt no difference and it's half the price.Quote:
