gyno after surgery
are you less prone to gyno after surgery? or will it be just the same as when you first got gyno?

if they didn't take out the gland, you're probably just as prone to gyno as before. if they did take it out, then you won't have to worry about gyno again.

I used to have gyno and had the surgery and then when i didnt eat right and stopped exercising it came back. Now that im eating right and working out regularly I havent noticed a single problem. Sometimes nipples look a little puffy but nothing that doesnt look like every other mans nips ya know! Stay in shape and eat right and the fatty tissue will go away naturally. Atleast thats been my experience
