Is there a way of finding out if oral winny is real

Is there any way of finding out if oral winny is real. (like chewing it to find a nasty taste)

what do they look like...colour, shape, who makes them etc...?

they are made by golden triangle pharmacies and they are a geltab. Thats why i am so skeptical.
