    Time till EQ kicks in

    How long till Eq kicks in?? i am running about 500mg wk.

    2-3 weeks. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer...not likely though.


    But the hunger that comes with it DOES NOT go away post cycle. I'm over a month out, and I'm still as hungry as ever, maybe a little less though.

    Should i eat when i get that hungry?? Or stay to my every 3 hrs routine?

    6'4" 225lbs. 12% BF 2 yrs hard training. 2nd cycle. 1st cycle was bulk this is to cut. Taking it like this.

    Wk 1-10 Eq 500mg wk
    Wk 4-10 Winny 50mg ED


    Diet is good. At least 300-350g protein day.
