need cycle advise to switch out Enth for Sus

My 2nd cycle looks like this however after some research I have decided sustanon is safer that test enth and In would like advice on adjusting this cycle for sustanon instead of the test enth. I have read on mick hart laymans guiide that sustanon is fine at 250mg dose every 8-10n dyas yet I nsee most people on this board take 500mg per week, please advise as I want safety first. Also what brand of sustanon do you guys recommend?

Bulking Cycle 1.0 (may 2004) ***USE this one

1 - 13 Enan 500mg - need to change to sust
1 - 12 EQ 400mg
10 - 15 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25ml ED

PCT start 1 day after last winny dose:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva

sustanon needs to be shot at least E3D to keep blood levels stable and sides to a minimum, organon is a good company
