workout isnt everything mybe some cardio and a lower cal might help

but I do kindof a super giant set three times aweek
    1.roman chair leg raise
2.seated leg raise for the burn
    3.reverse crunch on a cable
    4.decline crunch
and I do it all over again until i feel sick
    haha...
after all that twice a week I burnem up with a few sets on the big bouncing ball

I was thinking of using that bench that lays at an angle and u lay down on your back and you do a sit up at an angle, I cant'r remember the name but I was thinking of doing reps of that while holding a weight on my chest to add resistance, what do you think?

the best way to get your six pack goin is clean up your diet and add it with some cardio. It doesn't neccesarily matter what kind of ab workout you do.

    Whatcha gonna do.......

exactly, doing crunches-escpecially ones with added resistance are causing microtrauma to your muscles. same thing as when you are lifting, this should just be common sense, and this is the wrong forum.

Well it took me about 7 motnhs to get an impressive 8 pack, most of all watch ur diet, no sugar, no fatty foods (greasie)....As far as the workout, rememeber to do ur bottom abs first then ur upper abs,, make sure u breathe correctly, and u feel a burn everytime, if u dont. Then ur not working them out.....Rememeber its all about "ANGULATION", hit the muscle at different angles and ur produce a solid formed muscle.........
