    no gains after 4wks.

    I'm on my fourth week of the following cycle:

    400mg per wk. EQ-Tokyo -Batch 001B
    500mg per wk.Enanthate -QV -Batch 013
    Proviron -50mg per day
    Propecia-1mg per day

    I haven't seen any sizable gains, maybe 2lbs of muscle, and very little strength gain. My diet is good (plenty of protein and good calories)and workout routine is good,(5x's per wk.) and the roids seemed totally legit, so not sure what I'm doing wrong. Should this stuff take this long to kick in?

    Let me know your thoughts?

    Off the top of my head id say dodgy gear but give it another week to kick in although it should have started all ready. good luck bro

    You should have already experienced some gains. The gear hasnt kicked in fully yet though. How is your diet and training been?

    Diet is good right now. I screwed up a few times over the holidays, but I'm definitely taking in enough protein and eating well.

    How much protein are you absorbing each day ?

    Can you tell more about what you eat each day and when ???

    It takes a little while for those to kick in in some people. In my case it takes 3 to 4 weaks before I start noticable gains. after that it goes pretty well.

    oh yeah. It also depends on haw much fat you have. If you need to lose a little fat sometimes the gains are not noticable because you are dropping B.F.

    This is the 2nd time. The last time (2yrs ago) I was using sustanon , primoboloan and primoteston and it did take a while to kick in though I'm don't recall how much time. I also didn't know what I was doing on that cycle.

    eq and test e can take 5-6 weeks to kick in...eq didnt kick in for me till about week 6..if you say your diet and training are in check and your gear is legit just wait another week or 2...everybody responds differently to aas and it may take a longer time for it to kick in for you...

    You may not respond like some others do to AS......... You might want to try upping your calories a bit to help in the weight gain because you should have at least seen a gain from the increase calories when starting your cycle.

    Meal 1
    10 to 12 egg whites w/salsa
    1 to 1 1/2 cup of oats w/table spoon natural peanut butter
    1 cup coffee

    Meal 2
    2 chicken breasts
    1 yam
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 3
    2 chicken breast
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 4
    1 chicken breast
    3/4 Cup oats

    Meal 5 (Pre Workout)
    40g Protein Shake

    Meal 6 (Post workout)
    40g Protein Shake w/3 Table Spoons of Honey

    Meal 7 (Post Post workout)
    12 egg whites w/salsa
    1 1/2 cup oats w/1 - Table Spoon of Honey

    Meal 8
    2 to 3 Chicken Breasts w/ Salsa

    Meal 9
    40g Protein Shake w/Flax Seed Oil or 10 egg whites

    mudman may be right about diet looking good. But if you aint one big mofo you should be getting pretty **** fat. I would gain ten pounds a day on that diet.

    That's my bulker....... I started that one on Oct 1st with my cycle and went from 170 to 189 now....... I'm only 5'7" and an old f'er 34

    Seriously bro you should be gaining something from the diet at least....... I do eat all those meals..... but my metabolism is very fast so I need to take in all those calories....... Try eatting all the meals for a few days and see what happens.

    I through in lean ground beef and fish also a few times a week..... when that diet was posted it was just supposed to be used as reference.

    Well I started off eating that diet and I seemed to be gaining too much in waist line,( I also ate too many sweets during the holidays) so I cut back to 8 meals a day. I substitute fish or lean ham for chicken sometimes.

    I workout 5x's per week, an hour per day. 4 days I lift, 1 day I do moderate cardio.

    About 3-5 sets per muscle group and 8-12 reps...That's another thing- My strength gain has been very little. I'm only lifting another 10-20lbs added on to my usual.

    Looking at that cycle going up 10 - 20 pounds after 4 weeks sounds good to me. I think the weight gain may soon follow

    im sticking pretty much to mudmans diet aswel. having 8 of those meals.
    im 6'0 and 180lbs. hopefully its enough cause im busting my gut eating that much

    if you say your diet looks like that, and your training hard, i would have to agree and say your weight gain is soon to follow, i didn't notice my weight gain till the end of the 5th week, then i blew up. hang in there.....good things come to those who wait!

    My first cycle I didnt notice anything for the first 4 weeks.. maybe 3 lbs and very little strength gains. On my fifth week I absolutely blew up. Just stick with it I'm sure its about to hit you.

    Test took 6 weeks for me to feel gains.
    Give it time.4 weeks is not a long time to see exploding strength and weight gain. Were you expecting 5 lbs in the first week? It doesnt work like that. I doubt you started that diet on day one and stuck to it. You cant dramatically eat that much all of a sudden.

    Going on 7wks.

    I am still not getting any gains on this and I'm almost into the seventh week. I have heard that others are using the same batch and it is working well for them.

    Do you think I should increase the amount of Enanthate ? I also have some priopionate and primobolan depot which I could add.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    does it look like you are leaning out a bit, it happens to alot of guys if the calories arent very high, they lean out so they gain and lose fat at the same time and it can seem the scales aren't moving, just a thought

    nah..plenty of calories. I'm not getting lean. I gained 10lbs but body fat has remained the same.

    You know 10lbs is not so little gain as you think.. normal gain is about 15 - 20 lbs in 12-15 weeks.. so you are not behind that much as you think..


    No flame but I think you are watching your self in the mirrow every second.. thats why you don't see any changes...

    Don't go to a mirrow for 5 weeks.. then you will see some changes on your body.. trust me!
