hey there, whats up, i was just wondering, i dont have any experience, with cycles or stacking, im 235, and 5/10, iwork out alot, but still over wait, what is a good cycle, to shred fat and tone up, and i mean really tone up, what can i take, and how much? thanx.

Before you cycle,you need to get your diet in order and cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.While your dieting do research bro
