    Cutting Cycle Test/m1t/Clen/T3

    Ok this is my second cycle. I want to cut now. So this is what I have planned:

    Test Prop 150mg eod wk 1-10
    Methyl 1-test 15mg ed wk 1-4
    T3 62.5mcg ed (Its from LR) wk 2-8 **Should I divide dosage daily or all at once?
    Clen /ECA wk 2-10 (ALT, 2 weeks of clen, 2 weeks of ECA)

    *If muscle loss becomes an issue I will bump PROP to 200mg eod.

    PCT, will use Nolva, need help how to run PCT using nolva though.
    *First cycle used clomid, but it didnt work too well on me.

    Ohh and what sort of diet, do you recommend for such a cycle? Keto?..

    ZW,

    muscle loss shouldn't be a problem if you keep calories high enough to build muscle, and fat down to reduce fat obviously.

    I would split up the T3 throughout the day. 2-3 "servings" or so. You may not 'have' to, but I think it's best to split up anything to keep your body regulated.

    PCT should still be BOTH nolva and clomid. Administered 3 days after your last shot of prop.

    Well if i keep my calories, high, then I wont lose fat either? Do I keep my calories at maintaince. My plan was 500 below maintance. With 2.5g of proten per lb.

    How much do you weigh?

    Keep them at maitenance. The m1t, T3 and clen will get you burning fat. Calories you take in shouldn't be converted to fat, they should be used up in the muscle growth, so keep them just at maitenance. Drop your daily fat intake as low as possible. 40g...something like that.

    oh, and if you keep your protein that high drop your carbs a bit.
