How should I space my 30 mgs of DBOL out a day? All at once, evert 4 hours?
They are in 5mg tabs.
Also I have Russians and the Pinks(good flavor, I like to chew them, like baby aspirin almost). Which do you think are better? I start in on the russians this week.

both are good...split the doses up throughout the day..also what are you running with the d-bol?? I hope youre not running it alone.....

Split the D-bol up throughout the day.
No pic. I will take one this week. They were blistered. Guy I get them from is straight up. I started on the pinks, and when I went to order he counseled me to get the Russians, said he still had the pinks but his russians were better. He gave me 200 russians to try out. You got it GRATIS.
