Low carb diets ARE sh*t for adding lean muscle. That's a proven fact. While a keto diet seems to work for many ppl to lose weight it's no recommended for building lean muscle.

As one that had an embarrassingly unwarranted fear of needles....well I had some bad dentist visits when I was young, so I blame those....man get over the aversion to injections. Just not worth it at...
