ok im 5-10 249 16% bodyfat my cycle is
1-12 500mg sust
1-8 .75mg fina eod
8-15 .50 winny eod
ok my friends is 6-4 270 20%bodyfat
his cycle is
12 500mg sust
4-6 100mg fina
10-14 100mg winny
ok both of us have more the a half dozen cycles under the belt . but tell me what you think of are's and blast away . thanks bro"s

I'd bump it from 4-10, 100mg ED.
bump up the fina and winny to ED, sust needs to be shot at least every third day to take full advantage
you meant 75mg of fina and not .75mg and 50mg of winny and not .50mg right? how often are you injecting the sust.. it needs to be atleast e3d

How many cycles are under you belt? Also, winstrol should be taken ED @ 50mg

as for me i would do sust evry3th day but to much bloat.and for cycles it will be my 6th and his5th i think anymore info would be great

what do you mean too much bloat, you can take nolva and liquidex to help combat that. you need to be takin atleast one anyways!!! and sus needs to be innjected e3d to keep blood levels constant. you dont have to do 250mg every injection, you can do 200 e3d which would be close to 500mg a week.

the bodyfat on both of us isnt acc.its of of calips but were both big guys due to bodybuilding .and i do plan on takin nova 20 ed .ok if you were us how would you do it
the goal is to put on about 10 -15 pounds then to lean out for the sum.......if anyone has been on the same thing i would like to hear thanks
