What is the lesser of the 2 evils?
Long cycles roughly 20 to 30 weeks on low to moderate doses or super high dose 8 to 12 week cycles?
The reason I ask is a friend of mine will do mega high doses I.E. 1000Mgs Deca a week and 1.5 Grams of Test for 6 weeks and swears his way works. It may for him but what about the damage it does in comparison to longer, lower dosed cycles?
longer cycles solidify more gains and keep your blood levels even longer. Its a little harder to get the balls back in order after though.

The anabolic freak Dave Palumbo swears by longer cycles. He is a very intelligent man and wouldn't lead any one in the wrong direction. I think this will answer your question.
