alright here it goes, i think i am prone to getting gyno so what dosage of l-dex would you guys recommend?

BTW ill be running 500 mgs test enan a week (first cycle)

oh ya i forgot, i need to know when to stop taking the l-dex.

my cycle looks like this

1-10 500mgs test enan (ew)
1-12 .25mgs l-dex (ed)
1-16 25mgs nolva (ed)
13-16 PCT clomid

should i take l-dex throughout pct? also should i lower the dose of nolva? oh ya if i do get gyno symptoms what dosages do i increase the anti-e's to??

Had the same question earlier this week. From what i gather run the ldex until you run out or until pct is over, whichever comes first lol (and from what i've been told run the nolva @10mg/ED with it). During pct you will want to raise the nolva dose to 20mg ED and also run clomid with it(300/100/50). If symptoms occur then bump the nolva up, (some say anywhere from 40-60mgs until they dissappear) Then i think you continue to run it at a slightly higher dose 20mgED ( iI'm not real clear on how high to bump and if you keep it elevated after symptoms occur) maybe some1 else can help out a little better with that.
