    Cutting Cycle please critique

    I posted my cycle about a month ago and a few people made some sugestions. I fixed a few things and here is what i got. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here are my stats and cycle history.

    6'3 225 about 14% bf 25 years old

    This is my 5th cycle
    1 st cycle
    400mg sust a week for 10 weeks
    200mg deca a week for 10 weeks

    2nd cycle
    20 mg a day for 4 weeks
    250 mg week test E 10 weeks

    3rd cycle
    40 mg d bol 4 weeks
    500 mg a week Test E 15 weeks

    4th cycle
    D Bol 40 mg a day for 4 weeks
    500 mg Test E 10 weeks

    The 1st 2 cycles i did no reseach and was stupid about using aas. I

    Here is what i am going to run starting May 1st

    1-4 Prop 150 mg Eod
    1-12 Test E 750 a week
    4-14 Anavar 50 mg a day
    5-11 Tren 100 mg Eod
    10-14 Prop 150mg Eod
    Pct
    Tribulis
    Clomid
    Clen

    I'd still like to see the Tren ED but you knew that was coming. Overall looks really good....

    Does the layout out look ok as far as when to start everything? If i do tren 75mg A day that will be ok as a 1st time user

    It looks very good, props to whoever helped you out.

    I'd honestly start at 50mgs ED then go up if need be. I have ran Tren several times and 50mgs ED is my limit. Call it what you want but anything above that the sides definitely outweigh the gains. Personal experience of course.........

    Thanks for the info And i put that togethor all on my own based on the threads i read on here and the reseach eberyone provides. Thanks so much i will let u know how it goes

    are you sure you're eating properly? you're done 5 cycles and your only 225lbs at 14%?

    perhaps you could have lost a lot due to injury or bad depression but if not you had a bad diet or started juicing when you were 160lbs.

    Check out the diet forum its very important.

    Well the 1st 2 cycles were when i was 19 and 20 so i did not do the right things and i learned the hard way. 3 years ago i herniated 2 disks in my back and could not work out for a year and ate like shit and became a mess. Than i started eating right and working out the right way. When i hit 200 which was last april i did a cycle keep 11 solid pounds. i am finishing a cylce this week and have put on 14 pounds. So i feel i did a pretty good job maybe not as good as some people but i am happy and feel i have learned a lot over time and i am now ready to increase the amount of aas i use
