So is it true, first cycle is the best one?

I keep hearing that the first cycle is the best and you will never grow like you did the first time. I am wondering if this is true. I thought I have done well thus far on my prop only cycle, so will it get better or worse? what are your thoughts?

Most blow up pretty well on the first cycle..............all depends on what you ran and if the diet was right on.

You seemed to have run a mild cycle so you should see good results off the next few cycles depending on the compounds used.

i saw great gains off my first cycle. granted my diet wasn't what it is today as far as knowing how much to eat, etc. but i still see great gains with every cycle i have run since then (which has been 3 or 4)

So far its true for me but I'm hoping this next one will have better gains. Its over a year long though so??? :lol:

I am up 20 lbs as of today and I have dropped some body fat. I am just using 100 mg of prop EOD.
I think next time it will be Prop ED and some EQ. Thanks for the info guys
