basically you stick the needle in the bottle through the rubber stopper, turn it upside down, and pull back on the plunger until the juice fills up. pull the needle out and stick it in some muscle and push down on the plunger.
I was told to take 1cc of test on Monday and again on Thurs. Is that right since I'm a first time user? Also they told me to take 2 Dbol at day.
the 400mg of test a week sounds right.....the 2 dbol a day sounds kinda light....since most dbol is 5mg, 2 a day would only be 10mg....most people take between 30 and 40mg....since it is your first time i would say stick with thirty.....but find out for sure, you might have some 10mg dbol
