    Long R3IGF-I and carbs question??

Hello all, I have not been around for a while i took some time off but i am back now.

I am think about doing Long R3IGF-I @40mcg/ed for 25 days/25 off. Does that sound good?

Also how many carbs should i consume because for the last two months i have been on a low carb high protein diet????

When is the best time I should consume the carbs??

Any information about how my diet should be would be helpful.

    Thanks.

You're not going to have to worry as much about carbs when you're on IGF-1. It will keep you in ketosis fairly well, so if around 40% of your calories are carbs you should be all set. People tend to get headaches while on IGF-1 that can be remedied by eating some simple sugars. This is basically because IGF-1 raises your insulin sensitivity, making it easier to go hypoglycemic, especially when used with insulin.

Thanks for the info guys. So I should take about 30-40 grams of carbs after each shot and also around 30 carbs with each meal. Does that sound ok??What are some simple sugar carbs?
