Gyno surgery

I need some info on gyno surgery. Im in the process of looking for a doctor. What is the best way to get this done. Where do they make the cut to get it out, under the nipple or directly in the center. I am just nervious of havingt a nasty scar around my chest from getting this lumped cut out.

Never had gyno but did some research before deciding on doing a cycle.

I have had the surgery about a year ago. Don't worry, they cut under the nipple so you can't see any scar at all. Just make sure you find a good doctor that has had practice with the operation before. I paid about $4000 canadian for the surgery. Good luck bro
