I WANT TO SITE INJECT WINNY IN MY BYI'S AND 'TRI'S AND SHOULDERS BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHERE ABOUTS IN THE MUSCLE TO INJECT I HAVE A FAIR IDEA ON THE BYI'S AT THE PEAK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEIN THAT RUNS DOWN THE BYI'S
BUT AS FOR THE TRI'S AND SHOULDERS I HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE AND I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I TRY OBVOIUSLY ! IS THERE ANY PICS OR DIAGRAM ON THE NET OR SOME THING ?

Since you are obviously new to this Tim...take my advice and stick to the glutes, quads and delts. Those 6 sites are more than enough to continue rotating. Spot injections ARE NOT for rookies and at this stage are not neccesary....just my $.02
Stick to the main places glutes,thighs,delts.
Delts are easy enough to do check the main page I,m sure there are photos and an explanation on how to do it.

I love to hit the delts, goes like butter, also there aren't that many nerves & veins in that area.
