I just started taking Teston QV 200 two weeks ago-I take 2 CC a week and want any suggestions for anything else i should be doing

Hopefully you have anti-e also. If you want you could add some deca or eq. It all depends on what you are trying to do. ie: bulk or cut.

If this is your first cycle, i would do this:

Run it for 10 weeks, inject 250mg every 4 days.

have some Clomid and Novladex ready.

Week 12-14 PCT
Clomid
Day 1: 300mg
Days 2-14 100mg
Days 15-28 50mg

Keep the novladex on hand in case you see signs of Gyno. Or you can do what i do and take 10mg of novladex everyday through-out your entire cycle.

good advice, but why are you asking now, these are things you should find out before you inject something into your body....
