feeling like crap
hello there guys.. im feeling like crap right now.. im just entered week 3 of my test & deca cycle. im able to go to the gym. but im not feeling good.. and my resting heart rate is between 95-105 beats/minute ill think its a little bit high, anyone thats have something similair?

I had the test flu for a day and a half at the beginning of my last cycle. Lay off the training until you can lift, keep the calories up and stay hydrated, it will pass.

I think this can be quite normal once you jump on the gear, at the start that is. It shouldnt last too long. Nothing serious either

yeah very common....blood pressure does seem a bit high though..should start to taper down but make sure you keep an eye on that

the gym wasnt a problem today.. leg day.. felt like a god.. heartrate was 45 beats in 15 secounds.. felt good anyway
