please help with this cycle

Guys this is my cycle, which i am gonna start in about 2 weeks. I;ve done a lot of research, and hope you guys recommend it. I listened both to yopur posts and tried to add something new to it.


1. wk 1- 3 ----Test Prop - 150 mg eod
2. wk 4 -12 --- aratest 500mg
3. eq wk 1-12 400 wk
4. winny week 6-14 ed
5..clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

What are your stats: age, weight, height, cycle exp., training exp

i've been working out for 5 years. I am 5'10-5'11, and i weight about 190lbs. i have a little belly on me, not anything major though. And i want tto gain a descent about of size and cut it up enough to see abs.

well im guessing this is your first cycle...so hears my suggestion...

drop the prop the first 3 weeks becuase thats way to much test to have in you for your first cycle..esspecially if you dont know how gyno prone you are...if your hell bent on doing it, just do 50mg ed.

stop the eq at week 12 like you have it and run your test to week 13 so your esters taper out correctly for pct...you could also use the prop in the two weeks while waiting to start pct.

Drop the winny, save it for later...either cut or bulk you choose...i would bulk when useing test and eq...

Start the clen like you have it with your pct...not throughout the cycle...JMO...like i said its very very hard to gain muscle and lose fat...accept the fat as part of the proccess, then loose it after you come off...you will be much happier

This isn't my first cycle: last year I did a deca sust cycle with winny at the end. I gained a nice amount of muscle and mass, but felt that the winny didn't work. I still remain the same weight as I did last year but my arms and chest shrunk and stomach got bigger LOL. I would like to be the same size as last year but defined

Does this sound good.

- with the prop. take in consideration i only like sticking oil in my ass and everyday sucks.

wk 1-3- 150mg eod prop
4-13 - aratest 500mg a week
1-12 eq 400mg.
wk14-18 winny 50mg a day ( if needed)

clen throuhg out 2 weeks on 2 weeks off mixed with ephadrine the off weeks/
taking the clen 1,2,3,4,5,5,5--5,5,5,4,3,2,1

have you taken it before?
i find taking 1 or 2 to start is a waste. i start with 3 or 4. then i bump it up by 1 every day.taking 3-4 to in the am then 1 an hour until i reach desired dose.
