ok, i finally got all my gear today... it is Shanghai test e. Now i am confused on how to "open" the vial. i think there is a piece thin sheet of metal covering the top, do i peel that off and theres a rubber stopper under it? anyone know thanks

Yes just peel the metal off to the perfirated edges.
I'm taking SL enan as well....Just pop off the think sheet of metal.
