I like winny better. Var is mild compared to winny.
Also I see in your current cycle your running winny for 13 weeks? Thats way too long.
6-8 weeks max on winny.

really depends on individual response.
typically var is better for you and winny slightly stronger, though it will vary.
strength gains tend to be better with var.
var has has also been shown to reduce interabdominal fat, likely due to impact on insulin sensitivity.

Winny is more potent pound for pound but many studys go on and on about var and how it promotes fat loss better then a compound such as win...

My cycle in my sig line has been tweaked alot since that was posted. I agree that winny for 13 weeks is too long.
I am trying to increase some lean muscle mass 3-5 lbs with my current cycle.
test-400 weeks 1-10 800mg/week
EQ weeks 1-15 400mg/wk
Winny or anavar weeks 10-18 (50mg/eod - winn) or (30mg/day anavar)
prop weeks 13-18 150mg/eod
cytomel .3ml/day - LR's
Femera .5ml/day - LR's
So far I have decreased 10 lbs in weight, but added size in every muscle group.

the winny in your cycle is run way too long and winnie is best run ED for 6 weeks, imo i'd go with var as well, it's a lot easier on the hairline and you don't get "dried out" as you would with winstrol
