First Cycle Critique Please

I am 24yr old, 6 ft and bout 170 lbs now with under 10% bf
I started lifting again in aug.
since then I have been taking protein and Creatine,
gained like 10lbs but lost a few after I stopped creatine,
( going to start again next monday wanted to take some time off it)
I am looking to get to 200 lbs.
As first cycle I was thinking bout

wks 1-5 50mg ed of dbol
wks 1-10 250-300/ wk
wks 1-10 200-250 deco/wk
wks 1-16 Nolvadex 20mg ed

then for PCT
Clomind
wks 12-14 150mg ed
wks 15-16 100mg ed

Also I have some questions, would it be better if I just ran nolvadex in PCT or will it benifit more to run threw whole cycle? And if I run nolvadex for only PCT what amount would you guys recommend

first, i would say, that you need to keep hitting the weights a little longer before you consider aas, second, no need for dbol or deca for your first cycle, stick with test by itself

For a first cycle, try using test en or test cyp by itself. Run 250-500mg wk, broken into 2 shots for about 12 weeks.

See how your body reacts both on cycle and during PCT. I truly feel this is the best thing to do for a first timer. Plus, you are going to get some crazy gains from this if you eat, lift, sleep right.
