hey i posted a question earlier and didn't give enough info. i have been working out for a little over 3 years. i started at 180 lbs at around 6% bf, after my first cycle of test enat 400/week, then a second cycle of EQ400/week and 500 test enat/week. i was at 202 lbs at 6.8% bf. The last cycle i was on was 750 test enat/week and i 50mg clomid ed. i went up to 217 lbs but 4 weeks later back at 201 lbs. the new cycle i am wondering about is 500 test enat/week, 600 deca /week, 100 test prop/eod, 25mg cytomel /ed, 40 mcg of clen /ed, and 10mg nolvadex /ed during the cycle and 50mg clomid ed 3 weeks after cycle. this would be my 4th cycle. thanks bros for the input i am fairly new at this and appreciate the advice.

you would get a better response if you posted your cycle more clearly, like the duration of each substance and your goals, like are you cutting or bulking?

example:

1-12? test enanthate 500mg
1-10? deca 600mg (should be 400)
1-4 test prop 100mg EOD

You need to research more and learn how to do the PCT the right way. You should grow with 500mg of test a week. How long have you been off?

You want your test to be higher than your deca if it isn't you could get shutdown. You will want to cycle the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and you may find 40mcg's will not be enough. You do not need both Prop and Enan unless you will jump start the cycle with it and end the cycle with it as well is good to do.

Here's a example

1 - 4 Prop 100mg ED
1 - 12 Enan 500mg
1 - 10 Deca 400mg
1 - 12 T3 25mcg ED
11 - 14 Prop 100 mg ED
1 - 14 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 14 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 3 days after last injection of Prop

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
