Yes just reduce it if you are trying to put on weight.
For a sport other than bodybuilding...yes!
To strictly burn cals...no!
Thanks For the advice. The reason I ask is because I'm in a career were it is necessary to run 4-6 miles 3x a week. I'm not a bodybuiler. no were close.... yet lol.
